GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
DEFINITIONS AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The following terms are used in these general conditions of sale:
With “Orditi Digitali” we mean the online sales shop, published on the website www.orditidigitali.it, managed by the company Stefania Vassallo, with registered office in Viale dei Pioppi 20 B, 84134 Salerno, Partita IVA: IT05651730656, e-mail: info@orditidigitali.it, PEC: stefania_vassallo@pec.it .
With “Site” we mean the website www.orditidigitali.it.
With “Customer” we refer to any person, whether or not they have completed the registration procedure, who purchases one or more products through the Site.
The contract concluded between Stefania Vassallo and the customer falls within the category of distance contracts. A distance contract is defined as any contract concluded between the seller (Stefania Vassallo as a legal person acting on behalf of its commercial activity) and / or the consumer (user and user of the service) within the framework of an organized sales or the provision of remote services without the physical and simultaneous presence of the professional and the consumer; and this through the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication (for example using telephone, fax, internet etc.) until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
The contract, which has as its object the sale of handcrafted products, is understood to be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Stefania Vassallo of a purchase proposal issued by the customer, via the internet, on the website www.orditidigitali.it, this acceptance is considered tacit , except for specific communications made to the customer / user.
By placing a purchase order, which must be complete in all its parts and contain the essential elements for the exact identification of the ordered product, the Customer declares to have read and fully accepted these general conditions of sale shown in full at the time of sending the purchase order and delivered in full with the confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail to the address indicated by the Customer.
These general conditions of sale are an integral part of any proposal, purchase order and purchase order confirmation of the products marketed by www.orditidigitali.it.
PURCHASE ORDER, CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Orditi Digitali undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nevertheless, since these are handcrafted products, there may be small differences between the product depicted on the site and the real product. Furthermore, the photographs of the products presented on the Site do not constitute a contractual element, as they are to be considered only representative.
After sending the purchase proposal, the Customer will immediately receive an e-mail containing the confirmation of receipt by Orditi Digitali and the identification number assigned.
All products are available while stocks last. In the case of one or more products no longer available, Orditi Digitali will contact the customer to propose a replacement, as an alternative to canceling the order with full refund of any sums advanced.
If the products in the order are all available, and no variations or customizations have been requested, the Customer’s purchase proposal will be considered immediately accepted by Orditi Digitali. Therefore, the confirmation of receipt e-mail will also be valid as confirmation of acceptance. After receiving the payment, Orditi Digitali will proceed directly to the shipment of the products purchased according to the methods chosen at the time of placing the order.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices of the products offered on the Site include VAT, while the transport costs can be included or explained separately depending on the type of product, the amount of the order, and the destination. The price of the services and products offered on the Site is the one present on the site at the time of sending the purchase proposal by the Customer, as well as within the proposal itself. At the time of sending the purchase proposal, the total price of the goods including taxes will be indicated, with details of any shipping costs and any other costs.
In the event that the payment method chosen by the Customer is the debit on the credit card, at no time during the payment procedure, Orditi Digitali is able to know the information relating to the credit card, credit card number or client’s financial, property and personal information. The payment order is, in fact, transmitted – via a secure connection – directly to the intermediary, bank or financial company, at the time of confirmation by the Customer. Digital Orders is not aware of any information relating to the customer’s credit card. , but only the outcome of the payment.
Orditi Digitali will not accept the purchase proposal and will cancel the proposals already confirmed in case of anomalies or irregularities in the payment. Any contract already concluded will be terminated, without this giving the Customer any right to request compensation for damages or to assert other claims.
The invoice for the products purchased through the Site will be issued at the time of shipment and will be made available by sending it by e-mail to the address provided by the Customer.
In addition to the foregoing, the connection between the Site and the Client’s browser is made secure and cannot be interpreted by third parties through the use of the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, to encrypt data sent over the Internet.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orditi Digitali will deliver the products indicated on the site as available to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase order within a maximum of seven working days (for destinations in Italy) from the acceptance of the purchase proposal. In the event that the products cannot be delivered within the indicated period, Orditi Digitali will contact the customer providing information on the status of the shipment, without prejudice to the Customer’s right to obtain a refund.
For products not already available, to be customized ( sizes, colors, textures), the deadlines for production and shipping will be indicated to the Customer through specific communication.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 7 (seven) days from receipt of the product at his home without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is understood to have expired after 7 days from the moment in which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and the designated Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods. The Customer must communicate to Orditi Digitali the desire to withdraw from the contract in one of the following ways:
(a) by e-mail to info@orditidigitali.it;
(b) via certified e-mail to stefania_vassallo@pec.it;
Orditi Digitali will confirm to the Customer, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the Site, the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal exercised and will provide the Customer with the instructions to proceed with the return of the relative product (s). /the.
n accordance with the provisions of Article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized.
The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within 14 days from the day on which the Customer has communicated the will to withdraw, perfectly intact, in their original packaging, without any lack, to the following address:

The transport costs for returning the products are charged to the Customer, as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code. Orditi Digitali will refund the price paid by the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the returned products and after checking the status of the same, using the same payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. The times for crediting the amount paid will be those applied by the payment circuit used by the Customer when ordering the product. In any case, there will be no additional costs as a result of this refund.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTEGRALITY
Orditi Digitali reserves the right to make, at any time, at its sole discretion, any changes, additions and / or updates to the extent deemed necessary and / or, simply, appropriate to the Site, contents, programs and / or to other materials contained therein and / or available through the Site itself (including these general conditions of sale). Any modification and / or update carried out as above will not affect contracts already concluded with Customers before the implementation of this modification or update. These general conditions of sale consist of all the clauses that compose them. If one or more provisions of these general conditions of sale is considered invalid or declared as such under the law, regulation or following a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.
